MY OPINION ESSAY: IS OBESITY REALLY DANGEROUS FOR US?
Is obesity really dangerous for us?
Make a conscious message about taking care about our health and discover the reason for the struggle to end this big problem around the world and how has changed people’s life. I really think that we don't have the enough knowledge to take care our health and improve new healthy lifestyles without being extremely paranoid to be skinny legends; nowadays the social media motivates to make exercise and being healthier but in my opinion I feel that is not enough to encourage people to take care of themselves.
First of all, is clearly enough to appreciate the amount of population that at least have one of the diseases that obesity does, like high blood pressure, pre- diabetes, diabetes, asthma, heart diseases, walk troubles, knee and hips pain and more problems but that ones are the most common.
Secondly, the idea to imagine when the person that has obesity you have two final ends: the one that it will stay layed on bed, waiting for a painful and endless agony making havoc just for the obesity and all the problems that carried on with it and in the other way we have the situation that takes us to buy insulin, high pressure blood meds, a strict diet and a bunch of other things to do just to keep living but now with the difference that the most of the organs don't function properly, I mean… who wants that, right?
However, we don’t have the importance to notice the real problem that obesity is and how muchaffects on us and our loved ones, also, obesity probably it will never end because we live in ahurried world so we search for resolutions to it or to attach to live in it so we resort to eatsomething that fills up energy but also cheap and that’s how fast food is created,
high carbohydrate food, delicious and cheap but even thought that makes us feel active the worstpart is that is 0 healthy and we adopt the habit to eat it and that’s how we increase weight and althe things that happens for eating fast food.
In conclusion, health education is something every important to learn in a early age to raiseawareness about the risks that entails a bad or terrible sedentary lifestyle, we need more
motivation to do exercise, to keep and feel motivated to being fitness and have a good diet.
